All orders within Pakistan are delivered through courier services. The clinets will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.
After placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service to confirm the order. If you fail to verify the call or SMS, your order will be automatically cancelled after 3 working days (This only applies the purchases made through Cash on Delivery method). Once the order is verified, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days.
Make to order articles will take upto 7-10 days to be delieverd.
Exchange Policy
There is no exchange policy as per the customer’s liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order for our esteemed customers.
An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item and only in the event that the purchased goods are unused and undamaged by the customer.
Return Policy
All orders are final and non-refundable, but you can exchange an item in the event that an incorrect item has been delivered to you. We can only exchange purchased items subject to product and size availability. Any exchanges or returns should be brought to our attention within one week of receipt. Any claims made afterwards will not be honored.
Refund Policy
All sales are considered final. There are no monetary returns, but they can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.
All formals or bridals cancelled due to non-payment are not eligible for a refund. The customer is provided 7 days notice to pay. No refunds for advance payments.
